| Minimum Essential qualifications | Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated Post Graduate Degree with three years post-qualification experience OR Phd in life sciences. |
| Desirable | Hands-on experience in PCR based assays, microbiology & biochemical screenings, multiplex assays, data analysis using statistical tools, diagnostic assay development, ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. |

| Desirable | Experience with sample collections & processing (Serum/plasma/whole blood) and maintaining quality standards in laboratories. |
