- Master's degree in Bio-technology/Molecular biology / Microbial Genetics /Organic Chemistry / Microbiology /Public Health / Cell Biology OR Zoology with cell biology or human genetics as a special subject
- 3 years’ experience in Epidemiology / Public Health/ Community Medicine /Microbiology
OR
- PhD in life sciences
- Experience in Epidemiology/ Public Health/ Community Medicine/ Microbiology.

- Programme implementation
