The Institute of Advanced Virology (IAV) hosted a major conference on Friday, July 11th, 2025 titled "Nipah & Other Zoonotic Spillovers: Integrating Health Strategies for Prevention" in collaboration with the Department of Infectious Disease, Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, and the Kerala One Health Centre for Nipah Research and Resilience, Kozhikode. The conference focused on crucial health strategies to prevent and manage the spread of zoonotic diseases and brought together experts to discuss and strategize on these critical public health issues.
