To develop a skilled workforce in the field of virology, internship opportunities of one month duration are offered to students undergoing graduate/postgraduation courses in Life Science subjects. This internship is conducted in BSL-2 level laboratories under the mentorship of experienced scientists across the following departments:

Date of commencement: 01.07.2025

Duration of internship: One month

Applicable Fees: ₹ 10,030/-

Last date of submission of online application: 25.06.2025

The application must be supported by a recommendation letter from the Head of Department/ Principal of the Institution where the student is undergoing the course.

If the number of applicants is high, the selection will be through a screening process as decided by the institute. The selected applicants will be admitted to the internship only after the payment of fees.

No specific project will be assigned during the training period, and the participants will be provided with hands-on-training only. Training certificates will be issued after successful completion of internship and no project report/thesis shall be provided after the internship.
