  1. PhD in the subject area of Chemistry
  2. Five years postdoctoral experience in chemistry laboratories of central/state government organisations
  3. Expertise in multi-step synthesis of small molecules on a multigram scale
  4. Proficiency in separation, purification and analysis compounds using various analytical techniques
  5. Research publications in peer-reviewed, PubMed/SCI indexed journals of repute
Desirable qualification Experience in management of synthetic chemistry laboratories
