To develop a skilled workforce in the field of virology, internship opportunities are offered to students currently undergoing graduate/post-graduation courses in Life Science subjects. This internship is conducted in BSL-2 level laboratories under the mentorship of experienced scientists across the following departments:

Only those students who are currently undergoing the course will only be considered for the internship. The applicants shall submit the proof for the same (recommendation letter from the Head of Department/Principal/Identity card of the Institution where the student is undergoing the course).
If the number of applicants is high, the selection shall be on first-come, first-serve basis.
No specific project will be assigned during the training period, and no project report/thesis shall be provided after the internship. The participants shall be given the opportunity to have hands-on experience in the laboratories. Certification will be issued for those who successfully complete the internship.
