Notes:

1. The applicants must be citizens of India.
2. The application has to be submitted online through the given link.

4. Only those candidates fulfilling all the essential qualifications and qualifying the screening by a duly constituted screening committee will be short-listed for further selection process.
5. The CGPA/Grade to % conversion formula (issued by competent authority) applicable for the degree awarding institution (wherever grading other than % is used) has to be submitted along with the application, if the formula is not already provided in the certificate/mark sheet.
6. Candidates in their final year of qualifying degree need not apply.
7. Canvassing in any form and/or bringing any influence will be treated as a disqualification.
8. List of shortlisted candidates for further selection process will be published in the Institute’s website. The successful candidates will be communicated through e-mail as well. No other written communication will be made in this regard. Hence, email-id and mobile number of candidates are mandatory to be mentioned in the application form. Candidates are requested to regularly visit the Institute website i.e., www.iav.kerala.gov.in, for updated information regarding the recruitment. Interim correspondences/telephone enquiry will not be entertained.
9. The shortlisted candidates must produce the original documents in support of the claims in the application regarding their educational qualification, proof of date of birth etc. which will be verified prior to selection process. Those who are not in possession of the original documents as claimed in the applications will not be allowed to participate in the selection process.
10. The corrigendum, if any, to this notification will be published in the Institute website only.
11. The position is purely temporary; and selection to the position will not entitle the candidate any claim for future positions at IAV (permanent or otherwise).
12. The Director, IAV reserves the right to decide on any matter related to the selection procedure, including cancellation of the selection process, if circumstances demand so.
13. The selected candidates are required to join within one month from the date of appointment order.
